Beirut Housing Reconstruction and Maker Support Program

In association with the NGO Field Ready, NextFab Foundation is developing a collaborative program with Baytna Baytak, Fablab Berytech and Wikifactory Beirut, to upscale local production of materials to be used in the reconstruction of some 300 homes in the neighbourhoods of Beirut, Lebanon, most severely impacted by the recent Port explosion.

In addition this initiative is supporting local makers in product development, materials production and skills building while engaging local communities in product prototyping.
