Western Pennsylvania STEM-HCD and AM Workforce Development Program

In association with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the University of Pittsburgh and Penn State University, NextFab Foundation is providing HCD curriculum development and STEM training for a consortium of high schools in Western Pennsylvania, with the objective to prepare graduates for placement in the region’s emerging technology workforce and/or matriculation to university.  In addition, NextFab Foundation is providing training/re-skilling in advanced manufacturing for the legacy workforce throughout Western Pennsylvania’s small post-industrial communities, heretofore excluded from the broader regional development associated with energy and the advanced technology sectors.
